Terms and Policies Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to our customer's satisfaction. All products that we ship are inspected to be in brand new condition and perfect working order before shipment unless otherwise listed in the catalog as damaged, "as is," etc. Refund/Return Policy All Sales Are Final. Please read all information and know your measurements before ordering. The only exception is due to wrong item delivery. If you receive a wrong item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the wrong item in Original Condition. Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 business days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. All items must be returned in Original Condition. We only accept return for an exchange within 7 days of the item(s) received by you. NO EXCEPTION. Items returned After 7 Days upon receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If return/exchange policy is abused, we reserve right to refuse refund/return at any point of the transaction. No refund/ reimbursement for all S&H/Insurance fees. Fast Shipment: We ship item within 24-48 hours after payment is received, if the item is in inventory. Delivery time-frame: 5 to 7 working days after we ship out the order for domestic orders.
